Platforms

Our favourite platforms that keep the hive organized and humming.

clickup

ClickUp

We love ClickUp because it gives everything a clear home. Tasks, timelines, files, and conversations all live in one place, which means nothing gets lost in emails, texts, or scattered notes. It works beautifully if you’re a solo business owner and sets you up for success as your team grows, so you’re not rebuilding systems later.

What really makes it powerful is how flexible it is. Whether you think visually, love lists, or need clear priorities, ClickUp can be set up to work the way you and your team actually work. It keeps communication connected to the work itself, so you always know where to go, what’s happening, and what’s next.

Go HighLevel

Go High Level is one of our favorite all-in-one platforms for growing businesses. It brings together email marketing, CRM, workflows, booking links, forms, pipelines, and course hosting in one place, meaning fewer tools, less manual follow up, and a smoother experience for you and your clients.

What stands out most is how much it offers for the price. It grows with you, whether you are solo or building a team, with strong automation, clear client tracking, and flexible systems that adapt to how you work.

We have partnered with Kat and Kim at Profitable Impact Academy because their support is exceptional. They teach the platform in a way that feels clear and doable, and we trust them completely.

slack

Slack

Slack is one of our favorite tools to use as a secondary way to communicate. It gives you a clear place to reach out when something gets missed, without relying on email, texts, or scattered messages. Conversations stay organized in channels, making it easy to keep group discussions and specific topics in one place.

One of the biggest reasons we love Slack is the ability to set notification hours. You can protect your personal time, step away from work, and know messages will be there when you are ready. It supports clear communication and healthy boundaries. We are not an affiliate. It is simply a tool we genuinely love and use.

Drawing inspiration from others

Squarespace & Wix

If WordPress feels confusing or like more than you want to manage, Squarespace and Wix are both great alternatives. They make it easier to create a professional, good-looking website without getting stuck in tech.

Both platforms are user-friendly, reliable, and easy for us to help manage with you, making them great options for a website that feels clear, manageable, and professional.

Squarespace

Squarespace is known for clean, polished designs. The templates look great right away and everything is built in, including hosting and security. It’s a solid choice if you want a simple, well-designed site that’s easy to update

slack

Wix

Wix offers more flexibility. Its drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to move things around, add features, and adjust your site as your business grows. It’s especially helpful if you like having more control without needing to know code.

Programs

Our favourite programs for structure, clarity, and aligned growth.

Impact Maker

A big shout out to Impact Maker, Kat and Kim’s signature program. This is an affiliate link, and one I’m proud to share because I’m also a member of this community myself.

Impact Maker is an incredible space for ongoing support, whether you’re joining on its own or going deeper after Profitable Speaker Bootcamp. The community is unreal. People truly show up, share opportunities, and cheer each other on in a way that feels genuine and supportive. The amount of courses and content inside is an insane value, covering everything from market research and business growth to developing your signature talk.

If you’re looking for a place to learn, grow, and be supported by people who want to see you succeed, Impact Maker is absolutely worth exploring.

Marketing for Hippies

A genuine shout out to Tad from Marketing for Hippies. This is not an affiliate link, just someone whose work I truly respect and recommend.

His teachings are grounded, practical, and focused on marketing that feels good and builds real clarity. He helps you slow down, get aligned, and move forward without pressure or hustle.

He also offers a membership with incredible depth and support. I attended one of his retreats on Vancouver Island and would gladly go back.

If you want marketing that feels human and aligned, he’s worth exploring.

Profitable Speaker Bootcamp

A big shout out to Profitable Speaker Bootcamp. This is an affiliate link, and it’s one I share with full confidence because the value and depth inside this program are incredible.

Kat and Kim bring so much knowledge and generosity into this bootcamp. They don’t just teach you how to speak, they show you how to use speaking strategically to build your business in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. You leave empowered, clear, and set up to create a strong signature talk, all within a genuinely supportive community.

I’ve had the honour of being a coach at several of these bootcamps, and the growth I’ve seen in participants is unreal. The confidence, clarity, and momentum people walk away with is powerful to witness.

If speaking is part of how you want to grow your business, this bootcamp is absolutely worth exploring.

Snap Savvy Strategies - Nikkie

A big shout out to Snap Savvy Strategies and Nikkie. She is an incredible profitability coach who helps you look at the parts of your business that really matter, especially the ones we often avoid because we’re not sure what to look for or what to do with the information.

Nikkie brings a wealth of knowledge along with supportive, honest guidance and the tough love nudges that help you get out of your own way. We’re working with her ourselves and highly recommend her if you want clearer insight and stronger profitability in your business.
